DI Mark Tartaglia and DS Sam Donovan have been called out on a snowy
Sunday afternoon in February to Holland Park in London where the body of
a young woman has been found in the snow. A locked box inside the
victim's flat provides quite a surprise for the team.
The victim's psychoanalyst opens up a whole new perspective on the
victim when he speaks to Tartaglia. Also, a journalist wonders if this
case and an older, unsolved case might be linked. Tartaglia and Donovan
set out to look into the older case. When he has the case files,
Tartaglia is shocked at what he finds in them.
It is a set of photos of the older case that help to point towards a
potential suspect. When confronted, he denies it, but angrily. More
evidence needs to be found by the team.
